Online Badges
Event though the event is online, attendees are still required to purchase a badge. This enables an attendee to sign-up for events at the ticketing system. Without a badge, there's no way to get a ticket to play in a game.
Children
All children 15 and under must be supervised but are not required to have a badge. However, badges are required to play games. Note: We have a minimum price of $2 imposed by the event system, so there are no free child badges. However, RPGKC and other membership discounts can reduce the price to $0.
Some Fine Print
Every badge purchased grants the purchaser a 3-month Class II membership to The Role-players Guild of Kansas City starting the first day of the convention. This is a non-voting, convention-only class of member. For more information, visit the RPGKC website.
By attending, attendees agree to abide by our Attendee Terms and Conditions and our anti-harassment policy.
By attending, attendees consent to be photographed incidentally (e.g. in the background of another's photo/screengrab). We encourage attendees to request permission from subjects before directly taking their photographs or screen grabs. Photographic harassment can lead to expulsion from the convention.

Discounts
Hosts/GMs and volunteers can earn discounts for their contributions. Host or volunteer enough and you get in free! Sign up at the Events or Volunteers pages.
Discounts are available for the following circumstances:
- $5 discount on any badge, including single-day badges, for hosting at least four hours of events. If volunteering only, the same discount applies for volunteering four hours. This Is essentially a free four-day badge.
- $5 discount on any badge for RPGKC and HAHMGS members, KantCon and TsunamiCon Organizers/Volunteers, and current/retired Fire, Ambulance, or Law Enforcement personnel or persons with valid Military credentials. This is essentially a free four-day badge.
