Space is Limited, Don't Delay
Midwest GameFest is back this March 4-7, 2027! Our new location at The American Royal Facility in Kansas City, KS (near the Kansas Speedway) is enormous! We are very excited about the additional space for exhibitors and attendees alike! The long wait is over, and exhibitor sales are now open! Head on over to submit your application.
Note: Get your applications in as soon as possible!!
Donation Discounts Affected
We are unfortunately no longer able to accept merchandise/prize donations as credit to lower your bill. We may still be able to make ad hoc arrangements as needed on a case-by-case basis.
See you there!
