We are always looking for volunteers and offer great discounts (including free admission) for those who serve.
Benefits
Volunteer discounts are available for the following circumstances:
- Free day for every four hours you volunteer. You can stack up to four of these discounts and receive a free four-day badge. Note: We are tracking hours volunteered here, not slots volunteered. See our Pricing page for discount code details.
- Recognition at the closing ceremonies, and sometimes we have t-shirts and other coolness to hand out!
Assignments
Once we get your application, we'll try to work you into the time and positions you requested. Final volunteer schedules will be made available in March.
Submit an Application
We have a limited number of volunteer spots available, so sign up early! Fill out the application below and let us know when you are available. Convention staff will follow up and discuss the details. If you have questions, shoot us an email at
Note: If you are approved as a volunteer, you will still need to acquire a badge. When selecting your badge, make sure to also choose the appropriate discount level for your hours of volunteering.
Hosts/GMs
Event hosts and GMs are NOT required to submit a volunteer form to receive a discount for hosting their events. Get details at our Events page.
