At the door, sales are slightly more expensive this year to encourage folks to register online. This will help with congestion at the registration desk and speed up the process.
Children
Children 15 and under may attend for free as a guest of a paid parent or guardian. Note: All children 15 and under must be supervised and are required to have a badge to participate in any activities.
Some Fine Print
Each badge fee grants a 3-month Class II membership to the Role-players Guild of Kansas City starting the first day of the convention. This is a non-voting class of member. Annual memberships can be purchased online or at the convention. For more information, visit the RPGKC website.
Members agree to abide by our Attendee Terms and Conditions and our anti-harassment policy.
Members consent to being photographed incidentally (e.g. in the background of another's photo). We encourage attendees to request permission from others before directly taking their photograph. Photographic harassment can lead to expulsion from the convention.
Pre-Registration
- Pre-registration opens September 15, 2026.
Normal badges allow access to event sign-ups starting February 1, 2027. - Early-Bird badges are available through November 30, 2026.
Early Bird badges save a bundle and get early access to event sign-ups starting January 1, 2027. - Pre-registration ends February 15, 2027.
Badges purchased after this date won't be pre-printed and waiting for you. Folks can still purchase badges online or at the door up to and during the convention.

Hosts/GMs and volunteers can earn discounts for their contributions. Host or volunteer enough and you get in free! Sign up at the Events or Volunteers pages.
