Four Days of Tabletop Hobby Gaming

Attendee Badges

  • Every badge purchased grants the purchaser a 3-month Class II membership to The Role-players Guild of Kansas City, Ltd. starting the first day of the convention. This is a non-voting, convention-only class of member. For more information, visit the RPGKC website.
  • By attending, attendees agree to abide by our anti-harassment policy.
  • By attending, attendees consent to being photographed (e.g. incidentally in the background of another's photo, or otherwise) and to allowing their photo, video, or film likeness to be used for promotional purposes by Midwest GameFest. Attendees should receive permission from others before directly taking their photograph; photographic harassment can lead to expulsion from the convention.
  • Pre-registered badges will be available for pick-up at the Registration Desk in the Main Lobby.
  • All attendees must have a badge to participate in events.
  • Children 15 and under are free with paid parent or guardian. Note: All children 15 and under must be supervised but are not required to have a badge. Badges are required to play games.
